During a visit to stay with friends, I came across this special green space. Overlooking the river Avon, troopers hill gives an impressive view across the city. People gather at the top of this hill, around the large 'chimmney' that was once used to serve a copper smelting works, to hang out and relax on summers days. The sunsets from here can be just breathtaking.
